Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from official distributors and verified suppliers. We never sell reprints, proxies, or counterfeit items.

How long does shipping take?

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, typically on or shortly after the official release date listed on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to change or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

How can I track my order?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Will I pay customs fees or import duties?

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees on arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
